Ring in a Day

A powerful event on Radio 3: The Ring in a Day. I am having my first listen to this cycle. There may be things I missed when previously dismissing Wagner as a composer I could not bear to listen to. I am noticing more in the music now - the harmonies, the remarkable transitions and the drama, suspense, energy, which I had not picked up on before.
